These terms and conditions apply to the Rekindle Design Co. x Spicers Clovelly Estate giveaway promoted via Instagram and email. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms. This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of Rekindle Design Co. and Spicers Clovelly Estate, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Participation is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Rekindle Design Co., not to the platform.

To enter, participants must complete the entry form at rekindledesignco.com.au in full, providing their first name, email address, and mobile number. Only one entry per person is permitted. Completing the entry form also subscribes participants to the Rekindle Design Co. mailing list, from which they may unsubscribe at any time.

The giveaway opens on Friday 22 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 9 June 2026 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received within this period. The draw will take place on Wednesday 10 June 2026. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize consists of a $1,000 Rekindle Design Co. online store gift card and two nights bed and breakfast for two at Spicers Clovelly Estate, Montville. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as offered. Rekindle Design Co. accepts no responsibility for any prize components that are lost, delayed, or damaged.

We will make three attempts to contact the selected winner within 14 days of the draw date, using the contact details provided at entry. If no response is received within 14 days of the first notification attempt, we reserve the right to void that selection and draw an alternative winner under the same conditions.

Personal information collected during entry will be handled in accordance with the Rekindle Design Co. Privacy Policy.

Rekindle Design Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, or where fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct is reasonably suspected. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify this giveaway at any time should circumstances beyond our control require us to do so.
